BUILD your enterprise with us

The BUILD Program is designed to support entrepreneurs of technology ventures – especially first time entrepreneurs. As you progress through the key stages of your business, you will be assigned to a ventureLAB™. advisor.

Qualified entrepreneurs can enter the BUILD Program at whichever pillar is appropriate for them and their business. The entry pillar will be decided at a BUILDReady orientation at ventureLAB™.

The five key stages of a successful business are:

• Begin – develop your great idea into a presentable viable business concept
• edUcate – prepare a bootstrap business plan to launch with limited capital
• Invest – prepare to pitch to investors to finance business growth
• Launch – anticipate and take control of the chaos, when your business goes LIVE
• expanD – expand your company through strategic diversification
