March 5 @ 9:00 am - 10:30 am20$ – 35$
The modern management philosophy is vital for business success and effective leadership. It is known under a large variety of different names across industries, such as Quality by Design (QbD), Quality Management System (QMS), Six Sigma and others, and it consists of universal principles described in the guidelines for ISO 9000. It is of particular importance to learn the fundamentals of QbD/QMS to lead efficiently and effectively process optimization in both GLP and GMP environments. Scaling up and problem-solving is impossible without knowledge of essential factors and approaches that offer so many benefits, both financial and humanitarian. Cut cost by over 50% is entirely achievable when applying the system company-wide. Most importantly, the QbD/QMS principles equally apply to both personal and professional achievements. Therefore, their uniqueness of application makes them a powerful instrument for building a successful leadership practice.
This workshop is the only available with a focus on universal QbD/QMS principles, concepts and strategies when working in a GLP and GMP environment and how we can lead our personal and professional life in the winning directions simultaneously. This innovative approach provides exceptional opportunities to address specific to you and your organization questions and search for the best possible solutions.
