Minimum Viable Product Workshop

February 11 @ 9:45 am - 11:30 am

Minimum Viable Product Workshop

“We identified a big problem, talked to customers, and have come up with an innovative solution – now what?”

The next step is to produce a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that customers can buy, use, and tell the world about it. This is the biggest obstacle that pre-revenue ventures face.

What is an MVP anyway, who is it for, what does it need to do, and how can I get it built? Get answers to these questions in ventureLAB’s MVP Workshop, and attend a 1-on-1 clinic to discuss your MVP.

ventureLAB Advisor, Paul Rivett, will explain how an MVP is the fast track to business growth and attracting investment. Additionally, he will speak on how to plan your MVP for speed to market and rapid adoption, which includes:

  • Who an MVP is for and what it needs to do
  • Options for building/financing an MVP
  • Marketing your MVP
  • How to tell if your MVP launch is working

Who this workshop is for:

This workshop is for business founders who have completed the Ideation and Discovery stages of a new technology venture. They have spoken to prospective customers, understand their problem, have studied the marketplace and see a big opportunity, but they don’t have anything to sell yet.
