Coordinator, Partner Programs

The individual should be able to demonstrate a high degree of drive, focus and purpose, and be able to provide the support required to ensure timely and accurate reporting on an internal and external basis. You’ll work closely with our small but mighty team, as well as with a wide range of professionals, including tech entrepreneurs, industry executives, and public and private sector partners.

Position Profile

Reporting to the Manager, Partnerships, this role provides the operational support required to ensure the efficient and effective management of the Partnerships Programs for Special Projects. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work cross-departmentally, as well as with a wide range of professionals, such as tech entrepreneurs, industry executives, public and private sector partners.


You’ll work closely with the Partnerships and Programs teams, focused on two special projects: Hardware Catalyst Initiative, Canada’s first hardware and silicon-focused lab and incubator, and Tech Undivided, a new program focused on bridging diversity gaps in the tech sector.


You’ll also support other partnership initiatives, including partner programs and events.



  • Coordinating programs and events, and help to manage industry advisory network
  • Provide operational support required to ensure the efficient and effective management of Partnership Programs for Special Projects
  • Monitor partner status and update records within Salesforce
  • Liaise between Partnerships and Programs team for all Partnership Programs
  • Work with Partnerships and Programs team to curate partnership content, events, programs, and services available to technology entrepreneurs
  • Work with Marketing team to promote partner content internally and externally
  • Work with Business Analysis team to implement Salesforce CRM system on a daily basis, and provide impact reporting support to ensure reporting is done accurately and on time on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Other duties as required


  • Preferred post-secondary education in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field with 1-2 years of related business experience, preferably in a not-for-profit or government organization
  • Experience as a program coordinator or relevant position
  • Knowledge of program management best practices
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrates great interpersonal skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a hands-on self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Strong service mentality, and a great team player
  • Experience working with start-ups is an asset
  • Experience working with Salesforce is an asset

Salary Range

$40,000-$50,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
