You are a rockstar Technical Recruiter, who is very organized and detail-oriented. You excel in a fast-paced environment, and do your best work when juggling multiple tasks. You are the type of person that makes it happen when everything that is supposed to work doesn’t! You are goal-oriented and prepared to take complete ownership of your project. You are ambitious, and want to grow with the company. If you are thinking of taking a day off before a deadline because it’s your birthday, or anniversary, this is not the company for you.
Own full-cycle recruitment for all positions including engineering and management positions: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, reference checks, offer negotiation and offer package preparation.
Develop and execute an effective recruitment strategy and process
Cultivate and nurture a pool of passive candidates
Develop an effective assessment process that yields the best talent
Manage external relations with universities
Coordinate and attend recruiting fairs and other events related to recruiting
Culture and Engagement:
Ideate and execute an effective employer brand strategy through social media and other channels
Cultivate and maintain company culture and actively promote employee engagement
Manage and execute onboarding and orientation for new hires
Manage hiring and resignation/lay-off/termination processes and documentation
Manage a support team for HR generalist work including onboarding program, benefits administration, payroll processing, and employee relations
Maintain employee records and HR procedures
Participate and assist in a variety of other HR initiatives as they arise
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or in engineering
2+ years of recruiting or HR management experience
1+ years of experience as a technical recruiter for engineering roles
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Very organized and process-oriented
Recruiting experience for/at a tech start-up is a major advantage
