Director, Venture Growth

The Director, Venture Growth, reporting to the Vice President, Venture Growth & Experience (VP) has ultimate responsibility for the ventureLAB Venture Growth portfolio, working with and recruiting high potential tech entrepreneurs. The Director must be well versed in the start-up/scale-up marketplace, understand the latest technologies and keep current with the entrepreneur landscape. The Director will often be the first point of contact for all new incoming client leads and must also work with and meet directly with entrepreneurs to advise them on what resources, advisors and programs ventureLAB can offer to assist in the growth of their business. Digital Health Advisor

Reporting to the Director, Program and Impact as part of the Venture Growth Team, the Advisor, is responsible for supporting later stage, high potential technology companies in the health technology and medical device verticals that are ready for early engagements with partners such as hospitals and other healthcare providers. In addition, the Advisor will work closely with clients, to ensure that these companies are well positioned to capitalize on all types of potential customer engagements. The Advisor also assists in coaching and educating other Advisors in the Venture Growth Team to ensure effective industry knowledge transfer to the core team. Apply by February  20, 2019.

Manager, Partnerships

Reporting to the Vice President, Partnerships, this role provides the operational support required to ensure the efficient and effective management of the industry revenue pipeline and Partner Programs. The Manager, Partnerships is both the internal liaison providing clear guidance and direction to the Marketing and Programs teams, and the external point person with partners, for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in the delivery of contracted programs and initiatives. The successful candidate requires a demonstrated ability to collaboratively build relationships, both internally and externally; manage complex projects and competing priorities; as well as track, report and optimize the performance of partnerships. Experience in sales, business development or partnerships in a B2B, professional services or government funding agency environment is a key asset. Apply by February 20, 2019.
