Do you want to be part of something meaningful that can change lives around the world? This is your chance. The Social Innovation Challenge is a competition to inspire people like you to develop ideas that will solve global issues that are affecting three specific communities in the Philippines. The Social Innovation Challenge is a uniquely collaborative model that pairs entrepreneurs with communities who need help solving a global issue that’s affecting them locally. It empowers both innovators and vulnerable communities to create sustainable and impactful solutions together. The World Vision Social Innovation Challenge empowers a vision of the future that’s more hopeful. A future where ideas are realized, progress is made, and lives are improved for the better.
To submit an Entry for the Competition and be eligible to win a Prize, team members must, at the date of Entry, be:
- a legal resident of any Canadian province or territory.
- sixteen (16) years of age or older. Any Team member who is a minor in the jurisdiction which he or she resides, the parent(s) or guardian(s) of the minor must (and WVC assumes that they): a) agree to these Rules and execute and return any related form provided by WVC, on behalf of the minor, within the time frame that WVC sets out; and b) consent to participating in the Award as described herein.
