ventureLAB is announcing its newly revamped Ventures Services program. The program is designed for innovative tech companies that are ready to scale, with the ambition to grow to $25 million in five years.

With a focus on intensive, hands-on advisory service, each venture is assigned two mentors with industry expertise to help accelerate growth, and build business sustainability. The Venture Services team focuses on leveraging established industry partnerships and relevant advice to help companies aggressively grow their customer bases, cultivate top talent to grow their teams, and secure investment capital by building sales and marketing systems that propel them forward.

The program accepts applications on a rolling basis, allowing companies to join the program year-round. Eligible companies must have commercially implemented their solutions, be able to demonstrate three months of increasing revenue from customer purchases, and be able to clearly articulate a scalable business strategy supporting growth ambitions.

Audiit, a company that increases transparency and efficiency in capital projects through its platform recently joined the Venture Services program. “The ‘pop-up’ character of the Venture Services Program ejects companies from backrow seating, landing directly into live ‘on-stage’ action.” Vladimir Urbanovich, co-founder, Audiit.

The program was created in response to an increase demand in early and mid-stage high growth technology companies looking to be based out of York Region, that have a desire to work in tandem with “Canada’s largest Enterprise Solutions ICT cluster.” ventureLAB acts as an innovation hub that facilitates business connections between these startups, and the SMEs and global corporations based in this region.
