Hyperlume is tackling one of the most pressing challenges in data centers: high energy consumption and limited bandwidth. By introducing an ultra-low power microLED optical interconnect that uses light rather than copper wiring for data transmission, Hyperlume reduces carbon footprints and boosts computing capacity for AI/ML applications. Over the past two years, Glyph Platforms has generated over $450K in revenue and made significant strides toward digital sustainability. With ScaleAI funding, the company has further developed its AI-powered computer vision solution, Glyph, bringing innovative and efficient solutions to robotics and industrial automation.

MedEssist builds an accessible, affordable and connected layer of the healthcare system through the modernization of pharmacies. In line with this mission, MedEssist has integrated with Uber Direct, a white-label Uber delivery service to offer same-day medication delivery across North America, offering the convenience and reliability of Uber's delivery network, rates and technology across community pharmacies at scale.

MedReddie, a trailblazer in women-led innovation, offers an AI platform and medical procurement large language model that streamlines healthcare procurement, helping global health systems save time, reduce costs, and accelerate access to medical solutions. The company raised a pre-seed round following its win at The Firehood and Elevate Women+ pitch competition and the investment was made up of funds from angel investors, The Firehood, Forum Ventures, BDC Capital’s Thrive Lab and New Brunswick Innovation Foundation. MedReddie was accepted and graduated from accelerators and scale up programs from Google North America, ventureLAB Accelerate AI, The Firehood's firestarter program, Canadian Women's Network Pathway to Silicon Valley, Canadian Entrepreneurs in Life Sciences (CELS), and supported by Scale AI.

Based in Toronto the company has operations in Brazil, where it’s available to 4 million women and has increased access to exams by 40% in the country, serving both public and private healthcare systems.
