Atefeh Molazadeh

Atefeh combines her background in industrial engineering with two master’s degrees—one in engineering and the other in entrepreneurship from Smith School of Business. She has a passion for HardTech startups and loves working at the crossroads of technology and innovation. With a wealth of experience supporting early-stage ventures, she helps founders navigate their challenges, connects them with the right people, and shares valuable industry opportunities. As Program Coordinator for the HCI program, Atefeh also oversees the Hardtech 2024 Pitch Competition, fostering innovation and helping startups grow.
