Diem Le has a unique blend of experience, ranging from corporate pharmaceutical roles to spearheading her own venture, offering advisory insights and screening start-ups. With an extensive background in the pharmaceutical commercial sector at GlaxoSmithKline, she has also excelled as the former founder of an e-commerce apparel company, championing several value-creating ideas from inception to expansion. Additionally, she held the role of a consultant, Diem closely collaborated with emerging tech ventures. Presently, she assumes the role of an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Morrissette Institute of Entrepreneurship, concurrently mentoring at the Innovation Boost Zone, channelling her expertise to guide and bolster emerging entrepreneurs. Complementing her professional achievements, Diem holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western University, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Chemistry from McMaster University.
