Mike is an experienced and passionate operations leader based in the GTA. Mike began his career in financial services with Spectrum United Mutual Funds. Seeking a broader set of skills and experience, he moved to health care and insurance (PurposeMed, WTP & Zurich - Dubai), Credit and Payment products (Capital One & KOHO) and Investor & Treasury Services (RBC). Mike has spent nearly 30 years honing his skills in process engineering, project management, product/support/brand integration, digital customer experience mapping and design, operations scaling and organizational transformation.
Mike has successfully designed and scaled operations for some of the most successful startup brands in Canada (PurposeMed - recently #2 deloitte hot 50, and KOHO financial) as well as optimized operations for large enterprises with international footprints (Capital One, RBC, Zurich). Mike has a rare combination of skills and experiences that are particularly valuable to businesses that are in the nascent stages of design. He believes that fungibility, rapid decision making and a consistent vision are critical to the success of any new enterprise.
